Who We Are
Four Horsman Fitness was created on 4 pillars that we believe define fitness: Endurance, Strength, Mobility, and Nutrition. With these 4 pillars, we are able to work all of the body's energy systems. This ensures we are not skipping over any important aspects of your fitness. This approach to fitness has been proven to work with past clients, friends, and even the creators of Four Horsman Fitness.
We specialize in small groups and one-on-one personal training sessions. We are here to help the athlete reach new heights to the beginner that wants to learn, grow, and get fit with us. All abilities, all ages are welcome at Four Horsman Fitness. We are here to challenge you to be the best you.
Everyone that comes to our gym is important to us! We are here to create healthy habits together. Your success is our success!
Endurance
Everyone should be working on heart health and endurance training is a great way to do that. We want all of our clients to be healthy machines. That way they can enjoy their kids, grandkids, or long hikes with friends and family.
Strength
I mean who doesn’t like feeling strong? Being strong in the gym will help you be strong outside the gym! We love helping people build strength and believe this is an important skill for everyone to learn.
Mobility
People need to work on moving their bodies in a full range of motion. People also need to feel good and be able to work out and live life without pain. We believe mobility is the first step to make, in your fitness journey.
Nutrition
Everyone should be aware of what they are putting in their bodies. Are you eating bad, drinking too much? We want to give everyone the basic tools so they can learn to eat healthier and live healthier lives.

Matthew Horsman

Owner and Head Trainer, Matt Horsman is the heart and soul of Four Horsman Fitness. He graduated from Indiana State University with a degree in Exercise Science in 2016. Since then, Matt has been helping individuals discover how to live healthier happier lives through fitness. The one thing we love most about Matt is his coaching approach. He makes sure all of his clients feel comfortable, confident, and safe at all times. He takes the time get to know each of his clients, so he can design the best individualized programs for them.
