Matt Horsman is the heart and soul of Four Horseman Fitness. Graduating from Indiana State University with a degree in Exercise Science in 2016, Matt has since devoted his career to helping individuals discover how to live healthier, happier lives through fitness.
What we love most about Matt is his coaching approach. He ensures all his clients feel comfortable, confident, and safe at all times. Matt takes the time to get to know each of his clients personally, allowing him to design the best individualized programs tailored to their specific needs and goals.
“I am committed to helping each and every one of my clients achieve their fitness goals. I am a firm believer in proper movement patterns, mobility, and accountability, which are often missed or overlooked in many fitness plans. Another passion of mine is building a community of terrific people," says Matt.

With his extensive knowledge, personalized approach, and passion for building a supportive fitness community, Matt Horsman is the driving force behind Four Horsman Fitness, inspiring and guiding his clients to achieve their best selves.
Will Howard brings energy, experience, and a deep understanding of movement to the Four Horsman Fitness team. With a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and a strong background in both performance training and rehabilitation, Will is committed to helping clients train smarter, move better, and build lasting results.
Since beginning his career, Will has accumulated 8 years of personal training experience, 4 years as a Physical Therapy Aide, and 2 years as an Assistant High School Track & Field Coach. This diverse background allows him to bridge the gap between strength training and rehabilitation—ensuring clients not only get stronger, but stay healthy in the process.
What stands out most about Will is his balanced coaching approach. He combines evidence-based programming with high-intensity training, bodybuilding principles, mobility work, balance training, and corrective exercise. Every program is designed to be effective, sustainable, and tailored to the individual. Whether working with athletes, general population clients, or those returning from injury, Will prioritizes proper mechanics and long-term progress.
As a former high school and collegiate pole vaulter, Will’s passion for coaching was shaped by his own athletic journey—and the injuries that came with it. Those experiences fueled his desire to understand the body on a deeper level and now drive his mission to educate clients so they can move and perform better than he once did.
