Small-Group Training

Are you tired of working out alone? Try our small group classes! Our groups consist of 2-6 people per class, and all workouts are custom designed to fit you. Get the social benefit, peer support, and fun interaction while achieving Results. This program is best for members who already have experience in fitness. All workouts are scaleable to fit your fitness level.

One-on-One Personal Training

One-on-one personal training is best for someone that needs 100% attention for an entire session. If you have specific goals or are just a beginner to fitness, we recommend starting with the one-on-one approach. You will learn proper lifting techniques and the fundamentals of functional fitness.
